Are Our Nuclear Power Plants Safe From Al Queda?

Mr. Osama bin Laden, the leader of Al Queda is in hiding and afraid to come out, but at the same time he is threatening the United States of America, the greatest nation of the world and claiming he will bring it to its knees? Fat Chance indeed. Some believe in the intelligence community that he will be targeting Nuclear Power Plants? Big deal. Target what ever you want, as there is no bigger target in the World today than on the head of OBL. So, you ask; are our Nuclear Power Plants safe from Al Queda?
Having personally visited several Nuclear Power Plants myself as my Grandfather was a Nuclear Physicist, I can say this, they are well guarded and they do not tolerate BS in those power plants, not one bit. Saboteurs would not have an easy time of taking out a Nuclear Power Plant in the United States, as the systems for protection are much too great. However in other countries they certainly would have an easier time of it.
Fear is an interesting motivator; fear, which has been incited through mass media hysteria is even more of a motivator. Indeed, it appears that fear is all OBL has left, as he threatens the US, with some BS last minute warning for us to reconcile our differences with him? Well that ain’t gonna happen. So, if he decides to take a walk from his cave, you can bet he will be cut down. If anyone tries anything on a US Nuclear Power Plant, well that will be the last day they see they live on this Earth in this time period. Think on this in 2006.
