Most women are attracted to older men. When you look at marriages, in most cases, the man is always a few years older than the woman. Remember that even though you may be falling in love with this woman, she is younger than you. You need to have patience and understanding about certain behaviors she may display. She will respect and love you even more, if you give her the opportunity to grow into a relationship with you naturally.
