If you are not naturally a dominant, decisive type, you may have to work on this. Women tend to be attracted to men with dominant personality traits. They don’t like to make all the decisions and if you allow them to they will write you off as a wimp. End of story.
If she asks you where you want to eat, make a choice and stick with it. Don’t say, “Oh I don’t mind, where would you like to go?†Know what you want to drink before approaching the bar, don’t dither around making up your mind. Same with food - learn how to read a menu so you can make choices quickly and decisively. Let her take her time.
If necessry, do some homework. Check out some good places to eat in your home town and familiarize yourself with their specialities.
