Lightning When and Where You Want It

Can you imagine the ability to direct lightning? Wouldn’t that be great, just think no more blown out modems, no more having to turn off your computer or stay off the phone during severe lightning strikes. In fact you could be in potentially no danger at all except maybe for the flooding waters of the larger precipitous storms.
Well one laboratory sees that there is good reason to attempt to control lightning and direct it around things for instance the Space Shuttle Launchers, large airports and huge public events. But the applications are truly endless, for instance harvesting energy to the grid or directing it against Islamic Radical Terrorists you see?
Yes potentially we are taking about weather control to a degree or rather to the tune of 100,000 to 1-million volts or more and having it go when and where we please. Is it really possible? One Laboratory in Melbourne, Florida believes it is. In studying X-rays and their relation to lightning it appears that directing lighting maybe possible and that means safety to civilization and a new secret weapon against enemies who wish us ill, as we bring the some enlightening in the form of lightning.
