Operation: "Salad Bowl" US Naval ‘Goo’ Blockade

We have recently seen with oil spills in the world some interesting things. In one oil spill crude oil and food grade oils were on the same ship. That ship sank and was broken in two. Rescuing Oil Spill Ships we impeded as they were stuck in the “Goo” mixture. Yuk? You basic “Sea Food Salad Bowl?” In China, along an inlet water way which doubles as a shipping point to inland harbors another spill happened which was 16 miles long. We saw yet another spill in Pennsylvania along the river, which clogged fresh water inlets and extended for many miles. Now then such spills, whether fresh water or seawater will inhibit our use of ships and transportation. When this happens it stops the flow of all we know and it effects and disrupts our civilization as we know it. One tactic the US has used quite effectively is a “blockade” to serve our political will and as another chess move in the game or alternative to war. In the event of a hostile action using a naval attack on our country or to further our modern blockade abilities in time of war, we should consider what I call: “Operation Salad Bowl”. Operation Salad Bowl is a mixture of a crude oil spill mixed with food grade oils on the open sea in front of the advancing threat.
