Our Borders Leak, Our Politicians are Weak and Illegal Immigration in the News this Week

The political and media firestorm is truly intense right now over the illegal immigration issues. In fact the online Blogs, forums and media are literally a frenzy of activity. Unbelievable indeed. One lady writes into Lou Dobbs;
“I live in Arizona near the border and there are so many illegal aliens walking around it is not even the United States here any more”
Well, indeed I agree actually for about 2-years I took the free online email to the Arizona Republic and “AZ Border” Google News Search. While I was in Chandler, AZ last I heard some scary stories from some law enforcement. Then in Goodyear some issues with the AZ Prison guards at a Starbucks there.
In Tucson I met an FBI guy who told me all about some big bust with 30 law enforcement, border patrol folks, helping smugglers and coyotes. People do not understand the issues. In Yuma, my brother was there training to fly for the USMC and I talked with some full time RV’ers about the Aerostats and the wind and as soon as the wind got too high the aerial balloon surveillance comes down and thousands know they can then cross without getting caught; safety in numbers theory.
No people do not know what is going on or the MS-13 gang issues, drug runners and crimes; you see they just do not know about all that. Similar stories in South Texas and New Mexico all the way up into Oklahoma and KS where they race up the highway over loaded in SUVs and Mini-vans on their way to IL, CO, MI, OH, etc. It is serious, people do not understand. They don’t know. Consider this in 2006.
