The stress is because of several things but it all comes down to the fact that you don’t feel like this is a welcoming, safe place. The problem is that you and your spouse just haven’t been on the same plane for quite a while. It’s hard, yes. But, it’s not impossible to fix.
Do you need to get some help for your marriage? If you and your spouse are just not clicking and all you seem to do is argue about things, then it is time.
