Themed Destination Weddings: Star Trek, the Experience

Everyone has a dream wedding. Each couple wants to have their perfect wedding. Some just have more unusual preferences.
It’s considered perfectly acceptable to have Elvis officiate at weddings - well, his impersonator anyway. Think of this as a very unique theme wedding. You might be surprised to find that your family and friends may be very willing to take part.
Here is a favorite of fans of the TV series, Star Trek. If you go to Las Vegas, it truly will be an experience to hold your nuptials at Star Trek: The Experience at the Hilton. You can actually be married by a starfleet officer and have the reception at Quarks bar. You can even choose to have Borg, Klingon or Ferengi present at your wedding.
If you want to be fully in the swing of things, you can wear the dress uniform instead of a tux. The wedding is performed on the bridge of the Enterprise 1701-D. You’ll even get to sit in the captain’s chair for your photographs.
Weddings are meant to be celebrated and Quark’s has just the thing. Depending on your arrangements your menu may include the Holy Rings of Betazed (Onion Rings), Romulan Warbird (Marinated Chicken Breast) or even the delicious Captain’s Cut (NY steak). Have some Chateau du Trek (the house wine) to toast your wedding with. Delicious!
After the feasting, enjoy the rest of the Experience as you walk through the History of the Future Museum. The Klingon Encounter and Borg Invasion will add thrill to your wedding party. What better way to end your special event with souvenirs from the Deep Space Nine retail shop.
It may be out of this world but this is one wedding that you, and your guests, will truly remember.
