Today, America Died

First I need to add a preamble or note to this article. I had written one earlier. I had to delete it! I would never dishonor this country by speaking untruths about it. For sure, I would never break the law! You will never see a curse word or personal attack, upon anything I write. Outside of a funny way of critical thinking, and speaking about “public figures”, which is allowable. But today, because I felt that I had to, not only refrain from publishing the article, but also delete it from my computer, you are the loser! Not because what I write is so correct, nor is it because it is so much profound. But rather, because the Congress just voted you most fundamental rights away! And with perfect knowledge that the “word is mightier than the sword” I will continue to publish what I think is fit! Having done so, I will also, with less than perfect knowledge, without perfect thought, without perfect understanding, publish what I think is right, just, and of importance for this country of ours. Or, more like, what it once was! “Today, America Died” is quoted from Alex Jones. I heard it on his online radio program, “Prison Planet” In keeping score of his “claims”, I find that he is 100% right! So far..
“Today, America Died! A quote from Alex Jones speech I heard today. Is an awesome thing to consider. The main question, right now, is not, “What next?” to do, but “Are all those learned and supposedly gentlemen in Washington D.C. crazy! That is the real question.
How crazy is that?.
Is the membership of Congress just stupid, or are they insane? That is the real question here. Let me tell you a few things about the “swooshing” sound you are about to hear. It is the sound of people running out of this country! And others to grab something a bit too real, to do something that is not to be done! How crazy is that?.
The so-called “Unlawful Enemy Combatant” bill is going to be very hurtful to you. I don’t care which side of the “Political coin” you are on. Here is some of my thoughts on the outcome. How crazy is that?.
You and I can no longer; Have freedom of speech! You can no longer even criticize the U.S. Government, nor its military, especially its President and or Congress! To do so will be reason to declare you an Unlawful Enemy Combatant! How crazy is that?.
You and I no longer have the right of Habeas Corpus! You can be seized and incarcerated forever! (the affects are listed further on.) How crazy is that?.
You and I will suffer more than being under “Martial Law”! You and I no longer have the right to speedy trial! (I’m not kidding you here!) How crazy is that?.
You and I cannot have an appointed lawyer. (in this instance at least, so far.) How crazy is that?.
Your, and my; home, auto, business, and person, can be searched under a secret warrant! How crazy is that?.
You and I can be “arrested” and incarcerated within a secret prison, and not be allowed communication with anyone on the outside! This will mean also that we are not to be accounted for! How crazy is that?.
You and I will not have a trial. Until such time the Government says so!
You and I will not have a “sentence” publicly announced, challenged, nor even appealed!. Nor will a judge read it! How crazy is that?.
You and I will not be allowed to appeal our convection nor incarceration! Many laws that were once not even a “felony” are now lifted to “Unlawful Enemy Combatant” status! How crazy is that?.
You and I will not be allowed phone or letter, or Internet, or any other communication abilities! This means spouse and children also. How crazy is that?.
You and I will not be incarcerated necessarily within our own state! (This is already done for Felons!) A despicable condition. Cruel! How crazy is that?.
You and I will have no communication, nor “welfare” visits or messages from or through the Red Cross or any other organization! How crazy is that?.
You and I are subject to searches, and seizure of our persons, family, assets, and Real Property. Without warrant. Without trial. Without changes. Without any public knowledge or notice what so ever! How crazy is that?
In short; we ; you and I; would have a better life, and a more free one, under Nazi Germany! We, you and I, would be much better off, in Occupation by the Nazi! How crazy is that?
At least the Nazi Germans would tell you they were going to shoot you! How crazy is that? They did take most liberties. And they did not have tracking of people, if you ignore the IBM collaboration to label, tattoo, and track, Jews. How crazy is that?.
So, now Congress has allowed the President of the United States of America to bypass “Martial Law” and just go quickly to a Dictatorship! How crazy is that?.
“Dictator George Bush”, as the few “conspiracy nuts” called him, is now in fact become a total Dictator! How crazy is that?
Now we only have the right to breed, breath, and bathe. Soon, too soon, that too may be curtailed. I am not kidding you here, either! How crazy is that?
