Trains Too Are Targets of Terrible Terrorist Tyranny

More than 10 people died and 40 people were injured in India’s New Delhi capital in a business area and then two more blasts happened in the central markets. India officials immediately told their citizens that: India will win the battle on Terrorism and to remain calm. Then all the markets were closed.
Unfortunately it is only three days until the famous annual Hindu festival and if that was not enough another 100 people died when a train derailed the same day in Southern India. Rescue workers are unsure how many more may have tied as the rail cars are submerged under the flooded waters below.
Could this have also been an International Terrorism attack? Interesting as India had just given Earthquake aid to Pakistan as a sign of friendship and peace.
It is still to early to tell if the train derailment was an accident or an attack. One plausible explanation was a bridge collapse that derailed the seven rail cars could have been from an irrigation reservoir, which burst near the bridge. Did it burst under its own weight or from a bomb?
Now on the other hand the rail network has a lousy safety record over all will up to some 250 accidents annually, but still it makes many wonder what is going on as the world knows that International Terrorists in their terrible tyranny often target train too; Something to think on.
