It is shocking how many guys are constantly at odds with themselves trying to picture what it is to be in Love. The worst thing you can do is come up with some sleazy tricks which may land you in bed but will leave you sorely disappointed when it comes to experiencing the passion of Love. In fact women are not as complicated to understand if you realize the basic difference between the approaches to life of men and women.
Men are brought up with the expectation of being the athletic and sporty warrior. Women, however, are taught from childhood to be graceful, gentle and considerate. These two stereotypes can make a person’s personality completely different. In the first type you will need to logically look at life as a massive power struggle in which you must find your place. In the second type your outlook will be that life is all about emotionally experiencing and enjoying yourself with others.
What happens often in relationships is partners polarize themselves in either of these stereotypes. To learn to Love you must drop this stereotypical approach to dealing with yourself. Instead accept both logic and emotion can exist in you at the same time. On the one hand you can work hard and battle for your career. On the other you can be passionate and enjoy the good things of life without being judgmental and always trying to justify yourself.
Own both parts of who you are. Learn to listen calmly to your lover and avoid trying to push your ideas of the world onto her. Accept her as an individual of her own with her own way of thinking and living.
