US Bombs Dropped on Iraq Killed 200,000 Irreplaceable Human Beings

Recently in an online think tank a young lady who claims to be well-traveled and knowledgable of world affairs claimed the United States is a tyrant in the World and that we go around and kill innocent people by the hundreds of thousands.
She stated; “What are your thoughts on the US bombs that dropped on Iraq and killed hundreds and thousands of irreplaceable human beings, many in hospitals too?”
Simple question really and easy to answer, you see, our precision guided weapons are superior and if Saddam had not hid military assets in such buildings they would not have been chosen targets. Indeed her comment speaks of ignorance and humans breed like rats and she should know that they are extremely replaceable. Of course she really was trying to make her point in the highly controversial political blog and added in her next statement;
“There is also the issue of hundreds of thousands of maimed people with no hospitals because they had been destroyed?”
War is not a pretty sight, you can blame Saddam for threatening the World and how many people did he kill? Did you forget the Kurds? Or maybe you just don’t like them, somehow feel that they do not count? It seems that many of the detractors in the anti-USA group overseas are completely jaded and spew out half-truths as if they are fact? The only facts are the United States is a great nation and one, which should not be verbally abused by the ignorant, miss-informed or generally hateful detractors. Consider this in 2006.
