US Sale of Bunker Busters to Israel is the Right Move

The United States of America makes and sells weapons and it is a very good industry because weapons are always in a big demand. And to this point perhaps one should watch the movie; Lord of War with Nicolas Cage. Philosophically, making weapons and selling them does not seem such a good idea for humanity. Yet, one could argue that if you sell weapons to help people defend themselves you are indeed helping the situation.
Of course, there is no such thing is a good war. When the US sells bunker busters to Israel this in fact is the right move to help their country protect against the inevitable future as Iran has threatened to; Blow Them off the Map. And Iran means it too.
If Iran is funding Hezbollah to the tune of $100 million per year and Hezbollah is taking some of this money in missile weapon technologies and arms then it makes sense to allow Israel to buy superior weapons from the United States of America to defend them selves.
Every nation has the right to defend themselves against international terrorist organizations such as Hezbolla. And if Hezbollah is getting an unfair advantage due to the funding from Iran then the United States of America ought to help level the playing field. Perhaps we might all consider this in 2006
