Weather Modification Research to Halt Horrible Hurricanes

Believe it or not Hurricane Killing is in our future. In the past six decades we have been playing games with our weather ever since the modern age. In fact there is now a Military Research mandate calling for the controlling of the Weather by 2025. It will become a force multiplier, meaning it will be in addition to any military effort. A helping hand from Mother Nature so to speak, the weather helped allied forces in the Invasion of Normandy and D-Day. I know because my grandfather D.K. Winslow was in a hot air balloon 150 clicks off the coast of New Jersey calling out the weather and studying the weather patterns crossing the Atlantic to give clues to the weather. In fact Eisenhower did choose to use the cover of the weather to hide allied forces from the Germans in a surprise landing figuring the Germans knew of an evasion, just not when, assuming they would not expect anyone to try such during such weather. Think again.
In a recent article it was reported that the United States Government was to set up a board of scientists, researchers and military to discuss ongoing efforts on weather control. The Weather Modification Research and Technology Transfer Act, Bill S-517 is to start on October 1, 2005. The purpose is:
“It is the purpose of this Act to develop and implement a comprehensive and coordinated national weather modification policy and a national cooperative Federal and State program of weather modification research and development.â€
There will be eleven board members to oversee the research on weather control; why? Well, so we do not screw it up, that’s why. Will we be able to kill Hurricanes by next season, maybe, but if not soon enough and certainly before 2025? The board will monitor both civilian use for farmers, fire fighting, droughts and protection of the American people during severe storms or Hurricanes. And well of course for Military purposes too.
No longer will our leaders ask all the hypocritical religious wishfuls to pray for intervention from beyond, now we will soon be in complete control of our weather, although some still believe in their infinite egos that their god is listening to them. Isn’t this great news, we are now God. Think on it.
